Sister K gave me a beautiful selenite wand last month. It is over 12 inches long and about 1-2 inches in diameter - it has chunky crystal planes. It is translucent in the thin section or milky white. I place the selenite directly in front of me in circle or by holding it in both hands while in seated meditation.

Selenite (moon stone) is traditionally used to focus energy and is purported to be able to cleanse negative energy. It's a great prop, nonetheless, as a focus object. Need I say it again? Magic is within; all else are just props.
